Undertaking a wide range of HR/Payroll and administrative tasks, the skilled Administration team members provide a comprehensive service to academy staff and the Trust's HR team.
Experienced, qualified and dedicated HR Advisors are responsible for undertaking and managing a wide range of HR advisory tasks as the Trust's employee relations requirements dictate, providing a comprehensive, high quality and commercial service.
The Trust currently outsources its Payroll and pension's service, the HR function is responsible for managing our external contractors and are responsible for holding them to account for delivery of a first class service. The HR function manages the Corporate Services Team payroll including variations to salary, processing of new starter forms and termination forms. The academies will need to ensure this information is passed onto the HR function so that payroll can be run with efficiently with accurate information at all times.
A knowledgeable and helpful HR team will provide initial support and guidance on pension benefits. Expert advice is provided externally by our Payroll contractors.
