Ross works closely with the Director of Education and the Academy leadership teams to develop and implement methods of assessment and data management so as to drive up standards and levels of performance required in outstanding organisations. He is working to make sure that assessment and recording strategies support students’ personal and educational achievement, and that the information helps motivate staff and students to greater success.
He makes sure that data is transformed in to useful information that can help set the institutions’ strategic priorities so that their improvement is focused and rapid.
